Anything from the commuting time to the wasted full 1 hour lunch break. I would of preferred to shorten my lunch break and finish a little earlier... unfortunately it allowed no flexibility. Although I share many of your thoughts on the "working from home" subject. I think they most definitely outweight the office atmosphere.
